Hi, I’m Reyna.
I aim to provide a safe, compassionate space to support you in understanding yourself and others.
I believe that therapy is a key tool to understanding ourselves and others in deeper, more integrated ways. My goal in working with clients is to provide meaningful, new understandings of self while fostering therapeutic relationship with each individual.
Each person contains their own unique experiences; as your therapist, I am here to guide you through your mental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
I welcome all walks of life, and aim to support each person in their desire to change and grow.
When I’m not in the office, I like to spend my time with my wonderful husband and my Great Pyrenees, Aspen. We enjoy exploring different spots in Kansas as well as traveling into our surrounding states to hike and fish.
Reyna is under the clinical supervision of Avery Vogts, LSCSW.

As each individual has a unique experience, I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities to provide an integrated approach to each of my clients. The modalities used in sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Somatic Experiencing (SE) with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I work to provide the most recent evidence-based interventions and bring them to the therapeutic space.

I incorporate somatic experiencing into my practice with individuals — I am currently entering into my Advanced Year within the 3-year training process with the Somatic Experiencing International (SEI) program. I plan to meet full requirements for SEP in 2027.

I graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with my BSSW and worked multiple years in the non-profit sector as a social worker for domestic violence shelters and sex-trafficking agencies, supporting survivors of complex trauma and abuse.
After moving to Wichita, Kansas, I earned my MSW at Wichita State University. For the past few years, I have focused my career on clinical work, providing direct support through individual therapy.
